Introduced my DH to Hermes ties and he has masses now, usually with toning/matching puffs. It's a lot easier buying ties than scarves IMO. Good luck on your hunt! In a mild state of confusion, I broke out my old Hermes ties and noted the difference in width, then found this thread. For me, 8cm is the perfect tie width. No one makes geometric tie patterns and fabrics like Hermes, but 7cm ties . Instead of searching for replicas, try finding gently used ones on ebay. Filter out by color and price and make sure you brush up on the standard hallmarks of a real Hermes tie (video from Gentlemen's Gazette is great)). I've personally found 2 on ebay and I . #22
