I’m looking to purchase the lambskin classic flap in black and wanted to see what . My mom and I have a gorgeous small cream lambskin Chanel bag w/ silver hardware, and she used it and unfortunately got it a little dirty on the corners. If we do not have proof of purchase (it was purchased some years back), can it be taken to any Chanel boutique and sent out for cleaning/repair? Something to consider: I have seen from Chanel reviews that it's much easier to take care of a lambskin bag with a top handle, because when you're carrying it top handle, it easier to prevent the bag from hitting something. While wearing it crossbody gives a higher risk of brushing against something, including your own body when you move.

I honestly would just live with it and be a little more careful in the future (it’s what I do) to not rub the edges!
