It depends on what you mean by the watch. If the 35705000 is a recently made watch, the watch head (case, movements, dial, hands) will be the same as the 31130423001005. The bracelet is different between the two models you list though.

I was about to pull the trigger on picking up an Omega Speedmaster Professional (3575.50). The list price on it is 00. I decided to have a look on craigslist first and found a very clean 3572.50 for 00 less (00 for those playing along at home). Pick up a nice 3572.50 hesalite/sapphire and have the best of both worlds. Not to give you "short shrift" but this question has been asked (and polled) any number of times. Just do a forum search and then buy whichever "sings" to you.
